How do I book a Teepee Partee package?

Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, we offer delivery and set up packages, please view them here.

Do you offer DIY packages
We certainly do, please see all our options here

When will you deliver and pick up?
Delivery will be at an agreed time and set up will be completed no later than an hour prior to commencement of your sleepover. Collection will be no later than 2pm the following day.  We will work with you to find suitable times.

How many people do your packages cater for?
Our standard packages cater for 2, 5 or 10 people

Can I add on additional teepees?
Absolutely!  Just add on any additional numbers when you book.  We charge $35 per extra person

Do you provide pillows?
No, for hygiene reasons we do not provide pillows.  Please request your guests to bring their own pillow.

Is there an age limit for a Teepee Partee?
Yes, our teepees are not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

Is a Teepee Partee suitable for an outdoors sleepover?
Our teepees are not waterproof so we are not able to set them up outside.  However, if you have an undercover deck area which does not get wet we can set up outside.

Which Auckland areas do you service?

Is a Teepee Partee available outside of Auckland?
No sorry, at this stage we only service the Auckland region.

Do you require a deposit & bond?
Yes, we require a $50 deposit upon booking and a $100 bond which will be refunded within 7 days after your booking has been completed.

How do I pay for my Teepee Party package?
Payment is by direct debit 7 days prior to your sleepover.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 7 days for cancellations or date amendments. All cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.

At Teepee Partee we endeavour to deliver exceptional service with every event. By booking a Teepee Partee the hirer agrees to accept the terms and conditions as outlined below.

Unless otherwise stated the hire period is for one night. Additional nights can be negotiated and is at the discretion of Teepee Partee.

If the hirer does not return hire products at the agreed time or is unavailable for collection, Teepee Partee reserved the right to charge for additional hireage fees.

Teepee Partee requires a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking confirmation and the balance to be paid 7 days prior to the event.

If the hirer cancels up to 7 days before the event, the hirer will forfeit the deposit. If the hirer cancels within 7 days of the event Teepee Partee reserves the right to charge 50% of the package price. All cancellations should be made in writing to info@teepeepartee.co.nz

It is at the discretion of Teepee Partee – based on availability – if the hirer needs to postpone to a later date

The hirer is responsible to be present to accept delivery and pick up of the equipment at the agreed time.

Before set up can commence the designated floor area must be cleared of furniture & other obstacles and is dirt and dust free to enable quick and easy assembly.

The hirer is responsible for all equipment while in their care, any breakages and/or damages must be paid for at full replacement value covered by the hirers’ insurance.

As each Teepee Partee will take place in a different venue no two set ups will ever look the same. We will work with you to create your perfect theme, but please note that styling pieces may differ from each event and we cannot guarantee an exact replica of a previous event.

Teepee Partee is not liable for any claim of personal injury, death, loss of damage to the property however caused unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship, negligence on the part of the business.

The business decision is final in all matter relating to these terms and conditions of hire.

If it takes you less than five minutes to fall asleep then very likely you are sleep deprived. The ideal amount of time is about 10 minutes.
